Reservations & Booking

If you run over the scheduled amount of time you reserved for your vehicle, additional charges will be billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle

We will charge the correct amount to your card after your trip is completed.

You may pay cash to the driver after the service. You would need to advise the office when making the reservation.

Point To Point Fare:

Those are prices calculated based on mileage and zones. We charge a flat fee of 99€ (E-Class Mercedes – Viano Mercedes) or 119€ (S-Class Mercedes) for services where the vehicle is scheduled to pick up in the Paris boroughs and drops off in the 20 Paris boroughs. Corporate accounts that meet the minimum usage requirements might be eligible for special discounts depending on volume. Check with an account sales representative for special pricing.

Hourly Rates: (At disposal chauffeured services and Tours)

Chauffeur services rented hourly. Certain hourly minimums and zones restrictions apply.

Hourly services provided have a 3-hour minimum outside Paris. – Hourly charge is calculated based on the time vehicle is scheduled to pick up in the Paris boroughs to when the vehicle drops off in the 20 Paris boroughs. (If your pickup or drop off destination is outside of Paris or nearby you may incur a travel time charge). If this is the case, please contact us to confirm the exact rate.

We suggest that you book your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. However, we understand that unexpected travel needs do occur. As a result, we will make every effort to honor last minute requests.


Yes, we will contact you / the passenger, first by SMS, and we will call you if we don’t see you/the passenger after a few minutes. But It is up to you / the passenger to be ready to board the vehicle at the scheduled time to avoid waiting charges (Including Grace Period read our TOS). Please provide us with at least one phone number, so we can reach you, and call us back immediately if you have any difficulty locating your chauffeur and car.

Yes. While PCSP is not responsible for any items that are lost or left in our vehicles, we will do our best to help you locate those items.

All our Vehicles are Equiped with a Protection Screen separating the Driver’s and Customer’s area. Completely sterilized during the night switch and cleaned with antivirus wipes several times a day.

New Practices for All our Drivers:

  1. Use anti-virus wipes to thoroughly clean your vehicle interior surfaces throughout the day and between passenger changes. The areas you should focus on are the entire interior door panel, all handles, window and lock mechanisms, door storage areas, cup holders, power cords, seats, exterior door handles, and children’s car seats
  2. Printed and reading materials should be removed from seat-back pockets in vehicles until further notice
  3. Only offer sealed refreshments previously sterilized and immediately remove all trash with a paper towel or gloves after the ride is completed
  4. Wearing gloves to support customers with luggage to minimize inadvertent contact and to reassure passengers
  5. Handshakes with customers should be avoided until further notice.
