What happens if I go over the amount of time I booked my car for?

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we always try to accommodate time extensions whenever possible. However, during the high season, we recommend informing your driver or the ground controller as soon as possible if you anticipate going over your scheduled time.

Please note that there is a grace period of 10 to 15 minutes, but if the service is extended beyond that time, we will need to bill a supplementary hour at the hourly rate of the vehicle.
