What is the waiting time policy for pickups?

We allow a grace period of 50 minutes for domestic and european flights, and 90 minutes for international flights. This grace period starts following the reported flight arrival time. We always monitor your official flight arrival time, so you do not need to contact us if your flight is delayed. However, if your information changes (e.g. you are bumped off the flight or you are getting on another plane), you must call our reservation agents immediately at +33 1 84.88.34.48.

What is the waiting time policy for other pick-ups? For all other pick-ups, we allow a grace period of 15 minutes.

Waiting time will be charged at 60-minute increments after the grace period. Please note that train station pick-ups are treated as other pick-ups and are subject to this policy.
